our process

Beautiful homes don't happen by accident. Behind every finished space are hundreds of decisions. Our process gives those decisions an order. While every project is different, our Full-Service projects generally move through four major phases.

1. Discovery & Project Definition

First, we listen. Before we design anything, we learn about you. How you live. What you love. What frustrates you about your current home. What you want to keep. And how you want your home to feel. We establish the project scope, priorities and overall investment expectations so everyone begins with a clear understanding of where we're going.

2. Design Development

This is where the vision takes shape. Our team develops the overall design direction and then works through the individual layers of the project—from floor plans and architectural details to finishes, fixtures, furnishings and materials. Rather than asking you to make isolated decisions one at a time, we consider the home as a whole. Your design is then presented as a cohesive vision so you can understand how all of the pieces work together.

3.Procurement & Implementation

From plan to reality. Once the design is approved, we begin moving from planning into execution. We prepare applicable design information, coordinate with contractors and trades, procure approved furnishings and materials within our scope, and remain involved throughout implementation to answer design-related questions and protect the integrity of the design

4.Completion

This is where it all comes together. As construction and installation conclude, the vision we've spent months developing becomes tangible. We coordinate applicable deliveries and installations and address the final design details included within your project. After the plans, samples, selections and decisions, you finally get to walk into a home that feels like yours. Only better.
